Sprint or T-Mobile?

Looking to switch to a new carrier, the options are likely Sprint or T-Mobile. I was looking for some opinions on the service each provides in the New Orleans area, particularly on the North Shore. Also, I work out on the river so if anyone on here works out there and has one of those two providers, I could really use your opinion, seeing that I work 7/7 and want something that gets decent service. Thanks in advance.

Sprint's service is getting a little better. But still sucks arse compared to Verizion.
I made a stupid decision to save money and can't wait until I can go crawling back to Verizon and let them take my money.

Go non-contract then switch until you find something that works best for you.

I have Verizon currently. I'm having some serious issues with them regarding customer service trying to get an issue with my bill fixed. I was charged for $450 worth overages that I did not use. I've had to speak with three different supervisors to try and resolve the matter and have gotten nowhere. I've had all of them tell me they will call me back, but none of them ever did, so I've been sitting around trying to figure out with the hell to do.
