NFL div. winners with worse records get better seeding AND a higher draft pick?

8-7-1 Packers get to host the 49ers in a playoff game, and yet they still pick above the Niners in the draft. That doesn't seem right at all does it?

it's never been the seeding, I like that wrinkle, but yes they get higher draft picks, it fricking blows.

Because the 49ers beat them. It's not like they have a better draft pick because they had a worse record.
