Resume' Format Not Allowing Me To Apply

I found a few jobs that I want to apply for. My resume is from a template. I can attach it to emails and stuff but there are two jobs that I want to apply for through monster.com and it shows an error. It also happened on another site. Is there a quick fix to that possibly, or do I have to start all over?

EDIT Select all, copy, open new doc and paste?
