House of cards, Game of Thrones, or Madmen

I'm debating on those three, and I would like to get someone's opinion that has seen all three. If you have another one in that realm of tv, lay it on me

House of cards. It's only one season, so you can knock it out quick. I'm a big fan of the acting and the script and the directing. It's just a well done season all around. Plus I'm a polisci nerd, so there's that.
Then GoT. The books for GoT are better, but the series is great too. Much more time intensive. Solid fantasy show though.
Couldn't ever get into madmen.
Have you seen breaking bad and the wire? Or Battlestar Gallactica?
Cause I'd watch all those before the ones you mentioned

1. Game of Thrones
2. Mad Men
3. House of Cards
You really can't go wrong with any of the choices though.

I haven't seen much Madmen. I just couldn't get into it. Game of Thrones is far superior imo to House of Cards. House of Cards isn't bad either, and you wouldn't have to as much to catch up on.

I guess I'll watch House of Cards since it is short. I don't know why nobody likes Madmen. It just has such a better acting lineup than Game of Thrones. All they have is that midget guy from elf

I'd watch GoT. 30 hours of TV to watch in 2 months for the next season. I always like to marathon shows before a new season so I can join the hype. Although I think the Mad Men final season is this summer too but that would be more time invested.

I haven't seen Madmen but I'd watch House of Cards first. I do love GOT but I'm spoiled by the books more than the show.

Crazy. People have different opinions on art. Who knew.

I would watch house of cards first, the new season comes out on the 14th. All three are solid though.

1 / House of Card - like was said: it's only 1 season so far, easy to catch up and it's a fantastic show.
2 / Mad Men - if you can commit yourself to watching all the seasons it's worth it. superbly written and directing program.
3 / Game of Thrones - never seen it so I can't comment, except to simply state that's it's not my preferred genre.
if you haven't watched the following shows they're definitely worth getting into as well:
- Breaking Bad
- Deadwood
- Veep

I was never into the fantasy genre before GoT, never liked Lord of the Rings or any of that. But GoT is different from most fantasy; it's one of those shows you can't stop watching and the books are hard to put down. It sucks you in. A lot of my friends IRL who are GoT fans were never into the genre beforehand and they all love it. I think you should give it a shot.

Ive seen all three. I stopped madmen after about 4 or 5 season. I kept trying to make myself like it because everyone said how good it was. House of cards is great. Im not a huge politics guy but still thought the show was great.
GoT is probably my favorite show on Tv. if not 1 its 2. I watched the first season probably 6 times 1 to 10. It made me buy the books and start reading which I havent read a book since like 9th grade
