What are some in your book?

I think any outrage over the new Coke ad needs to be added to the list. It's about as good of a litmus test as there is. If you are offended by this commercial, you are insane and your opinions should be ignored.

What are some other classics from the past that would make up your list?

Romney has a horse
The economy is doing fine.
If you like your health insurance, you can keep it.
Benghazi is a non-issue.
Romney's dog rides in the back of his truck.
9/11 was a conspiracy.
IRS - Not a smidgeon of corruption

Giving two shits, one way or the other, about Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, Bill Maher, et al...

(i.e. daily listening/watching, boycotts, regurgitating of opinions, etc...)

Well those are statements by a politician

I'm thinking more along the lines of individuals here

mine has been the following:
you must be capable of agreeing with the following statements WITHOUT extra qualifiers or gnashing of teeth.
a) Ronald Reagan was a good president
b) Bill Clinton was a good president

The "dark ages" are an historical myth that haven't been taken seriously by academics since at least the 80s.

I used to feel this way until I discovered that, assuming the historical person of Jesus existed, the date of his birth would be off of year 1 by a decade or more. As such, I don't have a real issue with it beyond that I would prefer both have two letters, for the sake of symmetry.

Well one thing is for sure, the period of time referred to as the dark ages (whether it is erroneously referred to as such or not) definitely sucked compared to today.

My issue is that they changed the name but kept the dates. It's terribly arbitrary and does the same thing that they were whining about with B.C. and A.D..

Boycotting is really stupid. I remember when Idaho enacted restrictions on abortions. The pro choicers called for a boycott on potatoes.

The pro lifers then called on their people to buy twice as many potatoes to offset the boycott.

I don't like Starbucks' politics but I spend over 2K a year there because I like their product.

I'm no more upset at the faux "outrage" over coke commercials as any other faux "outrage".

Coke commercials = Duck Dynasty = nig.gardly = (insert dumb outrage here)
