Recent episode of Girls was actually decent

I've watched this show from the beginning and each time I left wondering why I just wasted 30 minutes when nothing ever happens.
But this last episode was quite good. There's actually real story lines going on with Hanna and her book, Adam with his sister, Marnie and Ray hooking up, etc.
But Lena Dunham has to be trolling us with her horrific body. For no reason at all there is a shot of her naked getting dressed. And then she puts on a cut-off shirt, exposing her flabby stomach.

Yeah, I thought this latest season was going to be irredeemably bad, but the last episode was good, I agree.

I think it's all about going back to the roots of the show--namely, in showing how awfully selfish these people often are.
