We're 6 games out of 8th with 3 other teams in the way.

If we have a chance, it's <10%

ETA: ESPN's playoff odds say 0.2% chance after this win.

IMO, no. But we can finish the season strong and make a splash next year. Frontcourt has been found and it's very promising.

Our #1 focus heading into this offseason is to bring in a true frountcourt banger that can play 22-27 MPG. We have 0 of those on our roster.

Disagree. While I do think we need a physical banger, I don't think we need a guy who can give us 20+ minutes. A 10-12 mpg banger to replace Steismsa would suffice. A combination of Withey/Ajinca/Banger would give the team 30 solid minutes on most nights. Besides, Anderson/Davis combo would be playing the majority of the time anyways.

Holy shite you're back

@OP probably not but there's still 2 1/2 months plus a fairly favorable schedule

36 games left we'd have to go 23-13 or better to have a shot imo

I don't really care that you actually do it, just trying to understand why you do it.

Nah, we have our main scoring core set with Jrue, Davis and whoever we keep of Reke/Ryno/Gordon. Aminu is a near elite rebounder and above average defender at the 3. Whatever he gives you on offense is extra.

Right now, our most physical frountcourt guy is a slender 20 year old and he is going up against much bigger and more mature bodies night in and night out. We need a 5 to take the pounding off of Davis on defense.
