he basically kept working out like he played football along with other stuff, and stopped the caloric intake of an OL. Many of those guys just turn to huge fat asses after they are done playing. muscle turns to shite if you aren't working out like you are playing pro football.

yea i mean think about what a guy his size, in playing shape burns in a day, and what his calorie intake has to be to maintain? cut that down, cut the weights a bit and a shite ton of cardio, and that's what you get
