You watched the video and heard what they said but still you start a post to asked a question if it is staged or real. IMO, this tells me that you a belief that black people support Obama simply because he is black. Why is that. I certainly don't think that all white people are members of the Klan simply because a percentage of them are. Why do you have a problem believing that there are black people who can genuinely disagree with Obama?

Maybe this?

quote:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove

LINK

Blacks approval rating is 83%. Now i will say that not all black people approve of Obama, but the majority that do, approve of him solely on his skin color.

well I'd say thats a stereotype on your part, but 94% of the black community voted for him, I have close black friends and others who are just professional acquaintances, many of whom I respect and think highly of, whom fall in line and will defend Obama to the death. Are you gonna tell me its the norm for blacks to not be a supporter of Obama, or am I just a racist? I'm sure that there are many black people who have many differences with Obama, but walk right in and pull the lever for him, because he is both democrat and icing on the cake to that, that he is black. You gonna tell me thats racist? You gonna tell me that I'm being stereo typical?

And tell me what percentage of the black community voted for Bush I or Bush II or Reagan or any other Republican presidential candidate? Tell me what percentage of the black community voted for Clinton? Blacks vote for Democrats in significantly higher numbers than Republicans. You grab hold of that 94% number and complete ignore the fact that there was record turnout (i.e. blacks that don't normally vote who registered to vote for the first black candidate to win the presidential nomination of one of the parties.) That doesn't fit your narrative though so you ignore it.

You'll have to tell me if you are racist or not. I never once said you were. I asked you why you have a problem believing that there are black people who don't agree with Obama. So tell me, are you racist? Is it normal for otherwise intelligent white people to believe that there are no blacks who disagree with Obama? Is it normal for white people to believe that black people support Obama because he is black and not because he is a democrat?

quote:

I'm sure that there are many black people who have many differences with Obama, but walk right in and pull the lever for him, because he is both democrat and icing on the cake to that, that he is black. You gonna tell me thats racist?

I'll tell you that there are considerably more white people in the country who will refuse to support a black candidate even if he supported issues that were in their best interest and they would walk right in and pull the lever for the other candidate even though he/she could care less about them.

Again, I could easily look at the number of white people that voted against Obama and come to the conclusion that white people don't support him because he is black but I don't because that would be f'ing stupid. But my question remains why is it that I can see there are black people that don't agree with Obama or are not happy with what he's done but you question whether it is real or not when you actually see and hear people expressing that very view?

Oh, one more thing. I never called you a racist or anything of the sort. I asked you a question yet you seem to feel that you are being labeled a racist. Why?

It's only a valid question if you believe that all black people agree with and support Obama simply because he's black and that it is impossible for blacks to have a dissenting view of Obama's policies. If you believe that, then yes it is a valid question. If those people in the video were any other race, the question wouldn't have been asked.

oh I'm the one throwing insults? I just don't care to argue with someone who is ignorant. I said myself that black people have dissenting opinions of Obama, yet they still vote for him. Why is that? My guess is some of the people in that video likely voted for him. Christian blacks have many problems with Obama, yet they still vote for him because he is more important to them than the one who supposedly is their Lord. Carry on with your inside the box thinking.

41% of white voters pushed the O ticket, remind me again what percentage of AA 's supported the white guy?

Conclusion: Color is more important to the AA voter....FACT.

It would also be fricking wrong.

quote:

Obama's 39 percent showing among white voters matched the percentage that Bill Clinton received in 1992 -- albeit it in a competitive three-way race -- and exceeded the percentage of the white vote earned by Walter Mondale in 1984, Jimmy Carter in 1980 and George McGovern in 1972.

LINK

By and large, blacks voted for and continue to support Obama solely based on the color of his skin. There are exceptions, of course, but the point really isn't even debatable.

gop cries about the aa vote but don't want to dedicate campaign resources or time/effort in to getting it. It's been downhill, esp. after Reagan. Thankfully, Rand is changing that and venturing into places unheard for a conservative.
