Question Regarding Erectile Dysfunction

I have recently, for about 2 weeks, experienced some problems with a low libido that border on ED. I am only 22 and have had a very healthy sex life for a long time. The physical part works well enough to get the job done solo and with a partner in the bedroom. The mental part isn't working... like there is a disconnect, or my brain isn't getting the message down to my member. Morning wood is pretty weak and I have to work really hard to get off... usually it more of the opposite.
I work out, eat right, get enough sleep, etc. My testosterone level is really high at 1280. Only a few things have changed in my life recently. I hurt my neck pretty badly at the gym doing leg presses. Also, I started taking Saw Palmetto about a month ago. I took it for two weeks before I noticed my problem, then I promptly quit taking the herbal supplement.
I have no clue what the issue could be, but I want it fixed as soon as possible. Any clue what it could be? Should I see a urologist for it?
Any help is appreciated. TIA

Anything else going on? Work changes? Stress? Depression?

I used to masturbate maybe twice a week. I cutout porn months ago.
I feel pretty happy. Work and school are both going well.

I take JuicePlus, but I dont take any medicines.
I took saw palmetto, an herb, for roughly two weeks... so i guess it looks a bit suspicious

what's changed in your work outs?
I suggest this, if not some supplement or dietary change.

Cut back/out pornography and generally 'racy' stuff.
Also, you have your testosterone level down there, when you got that drawn, did you have your BP taken and other 'basic labs' drawn? Hypertension can be a big factor. 22 isn't terribly young to pick up a problem like that.
And if I may ask, why did you begin taking Saw Palmetto?

At your age you should be stroking it twice a day.

I dont watch porn anymore.
Bloodwork came back perfect.
A friend takes SP as a precautionary measure for his prostate... figures I would do the same, seeing as how my grandfather died from prostate cancer.

The neck injury may be effecting a nerve

This is what I suspected. I didnt let it heal like I should have, and aggravated it a bit more.
Should I see my general physician for that?
