Is this the worst the NBA has ever been? Why?

The level of play is horrible.
Outside of Kevin Durant, LeBron, and Paul George everyone sucks.
How can there be 4 teams with a winning record in the East?
Does the one and done bullshite in college contribute to this?

the NBA has existed for 62 years

Late 90s until Shaq and Kobe started their run was the worst since magic and bird revived the league in th early 80s.
