LINK to some projections and a list of possible closures and what roads they're going to try to keep open.

Looks like they plan to start closing some roads tonight, and they plan to close the new bridge in BR tomorrow.

...so considering they will probably not notice that it's going down to one lane + it will be wet/icy + speed factor, I say 5. (Is that over? I always get it over/under backwards.)

My wife's manager took her employee's information about where they live, roadways they have to travel, and driving experiences. Since my wife doesn't have to cross any bridges and grew up in the North, she will get cut loose from work at 10pm tomorrow.
