Maybe now anglers can actually boat a fish over 4 lbs.

The New Jumbo is 4 inches long and comes rigged with a 1/4 oz jig ready to fish. All Vudu Jumbo Shrimp have a 4.0 4X strong hook that can handle those big reds and trout.

I bought the 4" H2Os right before the new Vudus came out. I'm excited to try them out. The weights have little rattled in them.

They're made with kevlar like the original Vudus. Not sure how durable though. I forgot about them when we went out a few weeks ago so I didn't give them a shot.

$6 for 2.

I'm curious as well. Will probably try a few in Sabine once the weather warms a bit.

Academy says it's made with Kevlar.

ETA: Just realized you were talking about Vudu. I always heard they were made with Kevlar.

The hook used to give out before the body did.

While we're talking about an Egret product, anyone have any experience with their other products (specifically their wedgetails)?

How do you propose to test it? By the way, Kevlar(aramid) is a type of nylon so both are technically correct.

While I don't have direct experience with these, my nephew has had a good bit of success with the wedgetail on specks and reds that are targeting mullet.

Nice. I bought a few packs but haven't tested them out yet. Spring and summer cannot come soon enough.

I bought a pack of the wedge tails from superior and really like the action on them so far. Slow day of fishing and didn't get a bite on them but will certainly try them out again soon.
