Tax and other fees on used vehicle

I'm looking at buying a used truck for 25k and I have a savings account specifically for this with about 15k in it. I'm going to have to finance the rest but I'm not sure how much I should hold back for tax and other fees, can anyone help?

$200 is plenty for tax title and license. Taxes are whatever rate you pay where you live. If you live in a town of any size it will be close to 10%

I'd be purchasing from an individual, I've always bought from dealerships before but I'm guessing I'd just pay taxes to the DMV?

when you go to DMV to get license all the fees and taxes will be collected there
