The only thing that gives me hope is that it's been so many years.

Apparently Jennifer Lawrence will be making a cameo as a young Fraida Felcher. Kathleen Turner will be playing present day Fraida.

I actually have full faith in the Farrellys.
Peter Farrelly did an AMA last week and a ton of the questions had to do with sequels being shitty, which he agreed with, but he said this will be great.
I know it would be hard for him to say otherwise, but he was extremely convincing. I'd suggest checking it out if you're a fan of theirs. He's very candid and hilarious at the same time.

Not saying that this isn't true, but in his AMA he said the majority of rumored cameos are way off, but that the cameos in this one are fantastic.

I have a feeling it will be one that when you first see it think "it was pretty good. had some funny parts, but nothing like the first one." then when you watch it the 2nd, 3rd and 10th time you start to realize how great it is.
They said all along that they wouldn't do a second one without the Farrelly brothers and full original crew agreeing on the script. Supposedly everyone loved it and here we are. I can't freaking wait.
