Bust...had a solid qb, played a pathetic schedule

Wait till Joe Morgan comes back, we won't be hurting in the WR department

the North team will coached by the Falcons staff.

the South team will be coached by the Jaguars staff.

I think they are doing the weigh ins this morning.

one of the teams goes across the bay and will practice over in Fairhope.. but that is the only day they will be over there.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday they will both be at Ladd Stadium.

Scouts usually leave by Friday.

Aaron Colvin, Christian Jones, and Jordan Matthews.

a few others I will checkout at the practices.

won't be going today.

I'll probably go and watch a practice tomorrow afternoon after I leave work.

Tuesday and Wednesdays are the best to watch.

practices are a lot less physical than they use to be. they use to go full pads and hit everyday except for Friday.

a lot of more of just one-on-one matchups at the drills now.

good intel, thought he was more of a slot guy but no after looking up more. Really does look like a Morgan clone- lightweight but extremely fast

I won't diss him on quality of competition. Plenty of quality receivers from small schools-
NFL receiving leader this year, Pierre Garcon Mount Union
Antonio Brown 110 catches Central Michigan
Edelman 105 catches Kent St
Brandon Marshall 100 catchesCentral FL
that's 4 of the top 5 from small schools

Not that I think we even look at him, but Loston is basically a Harper clone

He was terrible at LSU and there's no reason to believe he'd be less terrible in the NFL.

I love how that staff member is looking down like "Wow, he did fit in those cleats"

It's funny because I've actually changed my mind on the subject of guys like them. The typical "old guard" SS who's just really good at run stopping and marginal at coverage. I think they still have a place in the NFL, just look at our own defense where we ran a 425 very often. Keep that guy down in the box instead of another linebacker and you'd get better coverage than your normal would but still hold up well in run support.

This isn't me advocating Loston, just thoughts on the subject

Cyril Richardson RT-G Baylor

interested to see how athletic he is. could be a good value pick if he slides

You're either an idiot or someone who doesn't watch much football if you think Loston was terrible at LSU. He's considered one of the best SS in the draft for a reason. Plus his upside is much higher than Harper based on athletic potential alone.

LaTech's Justin Ellis got a late invite after the showing his great showing at the East/West Shrine Game. He's listed at 6'2 357lbs and teams running a 3-4 are said to be looking at him as a NT

I've really never liked Loston much.

Maybe he has room to improve.

He didn't impress me much at LSU. He was always hurt, which might not really be his fault, but when he was on the field he seemed to always get burned in coverage and wasn't much of a sure tackler.

If I was seeing things I apologize. But Loston doss nothing for me as a prospect.

At least, let me put it this way...I don't think he fits the Saints.

He probably meant terrible relative to expectations. Which if that's what he was trying to say then he's correct; he was terrible.
