Guy told us 20-30 minute wait. We sat down 45-1 hour later. During our wait (party of four) the two guys went to the bar and ordered four drinks. Were given two of the drinks then ignored. After a while when they finally got the bartender's attention they had to ask for the rest of the order. She wasn't that busy but completely ignored them. One of the guys then stood there for 15 minutes literally with his credit card held out to her. She never took it! Just kept ignoring. At that point we were finally sat at our table. One app comes out. We had to ask twice for the other app. Fried cheese logs tasted like the oil was old/burnt. Poutine fries were ok but no debris in the gravy. Every one's food comes out except for an order of nuggets. Ask and the waiter says they are in the fryer. After everyone finished eating and the nugget person ate sides (that came out without the nuggets) we told them to cancel the order. If the nuggets were in the fryer that long we did not want them lol. The food tasted ok and prices were reasonable but the service was ridiculous.

They still don't have their shite together there. A friend and I waited over an hour for a pick up order one time after being told it would be ready in 15 minutes. And another time the fried chicken wasn't cooked all the way. The food was good the other times, but it's hard to keep going to a place when you've had a few bad experiences with the service.

That was our opinion upon leaving. They aren't going to make it like that. It was convenient for a pregame meal if they had their stuff together but we won't return.

Damn that sucks. Did they ever acknowledge the screwups?

I was very underwhelmed with their gravy

That's disappointing to hear. We only went once and it was directly after opening, so they were over the top nice.

Food was okay.

Guy I work with used to work there. I hear their servers are going home with $20/night. Idk if that's because of lack of business.. Or over staffing.. Or what.

They were not overstaffed. The wait staff seemed nice enough but totally clueless on how to wait tables. Brought out drinks two at a time instead of a tray with all four. Never checked on us (we had to flag him down). My daughter worked at Sammy's and we went often so I know you can be busy and still be good. The bartender was not busy. She just seemed slow and completely uninterested.

I'm not waiting an hour for that menu. Plus Leroy looks like a redneck with a starched white sheet towards the rear of his closet.

And if you can't get me a drink you are in serious peril.

Sorry you had a shitty experiience Madam and thanks for the heads up. Not that ole Leroy was on my bucket list anyway.
