The Obama administration is reportedly delaying enforcement of another aspect of ObamaCare, one that prohibits employers from providing better health benefits to top executives than those being offered to regular employees.

According to The New York Times, tax officials said they would not enforce the provision in 2014 as they had not yet issued the appropriate regulations.

We really should just get rid of congress. They don't really do anything or mean anything anymore.

Nah. Just the senate.

17th amendment made them irrelevant and redundant.

Anyway, keep on delaying or changing the law to save your skin. You look like a bunch of pussies the more you do it.

Their direct election by the people isn't the problem. The fact that they don't do their jobs is.

I just don't see how the dems in the senate can be so short sighted in allowing the executive branch to walk all over them.

I would jump for joy if this was the case. The less they do, the less they frick with us.

No, they are definitely doing their jobs and that's the problem.

Same reason the repubs allowed Bush to walk all over them. Party politics trumps doing their jobs. That's why we all get screwed no matter who is in office.
