Prenatal vitamins
Calcium
Vitamin C

Although there have been a lot of recent studies lately saying most vitamins don't really help you like you think.

99% are in a form that humans cannot utilize, so you just get some expensive piss.

I'm currently on 8 to 12 Ultras a day and do some curls in the early morning before the baby gets up.

There have been quite a few studies that have shown that vitamins, at best, have no benefit, and at worst are outright harmful.

None. I used to take fish oil, got out of the habit and now it seems it was worthless anyway.

I take the prenatal vitamins cause they do help my hair and nails grow and I figure not too soon to start getting the extra folic acid as well if I'm looking to have a kid in the next couple years.

Vitamin c just in case(I'm around germy kids all night at work)....who knows if it helps but the gummy vitamins taste good
