How much is the First Lady's birthday party going to cost us?

Let me preface this by saying that we've probably payed for every administration's birthday parties. In this day an age should they be paying for these out of their own pockets?

Heard Rush talking about that this week. He said the Obama's are paying for the cost of the party. He also said the invitations said the guests should "eat before they come".

I know he's the President, and is "paying" for it himself. But let's face it, the govt bill for this party is way more than anything he is paying for our of pocket.

The costs related to her existence are immeasurable. The costs for her party will be paltry in comparison.
