Basically one of the Bachelor stars says that there shouldn't be a gay or lesbian season of the show. And I agree 100% with him
I remember there being a similar bisexual version of the show on MTV a few years ago but a gay bachelor or lesbian bachelorette should not be on network TV

Current "Bachelor" Juan Pablo Galavis broke barriers by being the first person of color to star in the franchise, but the former soccer player doesn't think the same right should be afforded to gays or bisexuals. In an interview with The TV Page, Galavis spoke out against the possibility of a gay or bisexual bachelor.

I wouldn't expect it to amount to much if they did, but who cares?

If some cable network wants to do so go ahead but it shouldn't be on broadcast TV

Is someone going to force you to watch it?

Affairs, murder, and drug use are just a few things on broadcast tv. Even if I concede the point for the sake of argument that being gay is immoral, why, exactly, is gayness so especially terrible?

I don't think they should just because it wouldn't be good for ratings, when your target audience is straight women. If they thought it was good for ratings it would have been done by now.

Because it makes you uncomfortable. Boo-hoo

I guess it would not bother you if they banished anyone who's views don't coincide with yours from the ability to watch anything that is not offensive to them.
Sorry, this is a pet peeve of mine when my kids are exposed to inappropriate material while watching the food network or some such.

Network execs better be careful.

But then in 1995, as Bravo executives will surely be reminded, came an episode of ”The Jenny Jones Show.” Producers had staged a segment featuring confessions of gay crushes in front of studio audiences; and three days after the taping, Scott Amedure, who had admitted to his friend Jonathan Schmitz that he had a secret crush on him, was murdered by Mr. Schmitz.
