Had Haydel's delivered and am a hero

Got a brainstorm last week and ended up having King Cakes delivered to family and gf's family as well as my house. Needless to say they were all pleasantly surprised and everything was delivered pretty quickly (ordered Friday and delivered Tuesday).
Just want to give credit where credit is due and say that Haydel's did a fantastic job.

Haydel's is my favorite king cake. Plus the people over there are quality human beings.

The Haydel family really are pretty awesome people.
I have shipped king cakes and kringles to clients and other offices of our over the years from Haydels and it has always been a big hit.

Family ordered a Kringel cake for Christmas and it never arrived. Not sure if it was Haydel's fault or UPS fault during the holiday shipping mess that occurred.

Did anyone think to call or email the bakery and see what happened? I bet it would have taken little to no effort to run a UPS track on the delivery.
Either way, I bet you would have received another kringle or a refund.

Haydels has always been my go to bakery for most everything. Can't go wrong with their stuff

They give you a UPS tracking number the day after you order it. Did you track it or call anyone? This sounds odd.
