Only Trai was a surprise, but nothing should surprise anymore.

obviously Bama players have no faith in the direction of the program and are jumping ship as quickly as possible

What really seems to set LSU apart from a lot of other schools is not only the quantity of players leaving for the NFL, but the quality, or more precisely, the lack of quality. At A&M they are losing 2 first rounders, which is completely understandable, we lose guys who may not even get drafted, and if they do, they are late round picks.

I would like to see more of an effort in convincing these 4 - 7 round picks to stay in school and finish their education. Even if they are lucky enough to make a team for a year or two, that's not going to be enough money for them for the rest of their lives.

Apparently fricking terrible coaching. We should have won the National Championship because we have so much more NFL talent than every other team in the land.

Or it means that all the players hate Miles. That's why they all leave early.

Or it means that our coaches are misinforming these young men on what they should do.

Now that I think about it further, I'm not 100% sure what it means yet.

It will be interesting to see how LSU and Alabama perform next year. Both teams lose essentially the same amount of players to the draft, and both will be breaking in new quarterbacks.

Honestly, I don't know why the expectations for LSU next year should be any lower than the expectations Alabama fans have for their program.

It's simple, they don't want to play for Saban anymore because they don't have any faith he can improve their abilities and draft stock. It's really turned into a rat ship

LSU's QB has A LOT more experience. A whole month of bowl practice, a bowl game against a top 10 defense, and a last minute 99 yard drive for an SEC win.

I know he didn't look good in the bowl game, but he obviously has what it takes to play or he would not have been playing. With a full offseason, he will adjust. Hoping the bowl game was just jitters.

3 of these definitely made the smart move. The other 3, imo, could have really used another year. But risk of injury, NFL paycheck, I understand it. Wish all of them the best.

I'm convinced you are a poor 2nd cousin of a former or current player and your job in life is to mooch off your NFL paycheck receiving relative.

You show be mad every time this topic comes up.

I'm not mad about anything. I like to make fun of you retards that think the sky is falling and that LSU football is being mocked nationally. Incredible comic relief on a slow work day.

nos. don't tell the whole story. auburn is losing its 2 best players. aTm is losing a once in a lifetime qb and all american wr. they both don't have the quality backups to afford such a loss. LSU and bama losses are larger in total but not as severe to the program.
