How are you linking him to Grimes? Or do you mean you want Grimes to go get this guy?

I'm sure we can sway the #2 OT in the country two weeks before signing day. I'm sure our Outback Bowl appearance got him all excited to leave the schools that have been recruiting him for years.

So he re recruited some 3 stars. Maybe with a new address he can get one of the better guys on his list. This late though, doubtful

But I do think Grimes can pay dividends in the future, possibly in Texas...

Yeah, this was just a stupid idea overall by the OP.

Most of his best recruits seem to have come from MS, Alabama and Georgia. I think we should let him concentrate on North Louisiana, those areas and our offensive lineman. IMHO

BETTER TOPIC:

Grimes got a five star from Olive Branch, MS to Auburn and was the recruiter of another four star from Olive Branch who ended up going to FSU.

LSU hasn't done well with kids out of Olive Branch which has a lot of talent. Any chance Grimes can land us some Olive Branch talent in the future?

Garrett Brumfield, OG, Baton Rouge (La.) Southern Lab (+22)- There's nothing sexy about Brumfield's ascension other than a whole lot of butt-kicking and athleticism on display at Under Armour. The LSU commitment is 6-foot-3.5, 272 pounds with long arms and will have an NFL future if he develops and performs at a high level in his hometown during college.

Olive branch kids don't always pan out in college.
