Oh my frick. This country.

My wife is a elementary grade teacher at a school who's students are majority African American. She has witnessed the exact thing this article talks about. She has had multiple students throw their desks and chairs at her with no disciplinary action dealt to said students. It was always met with what did you do as a teacher to make the student do that? It was never the students fault. I forwarded this article to her to see if she has heard anything about this. I'll keep you guys posted.
