your analysis was dumb. Not much you can take from just those numbers without more context. Sorry that I upset you.

I need to remember that according to other fans, everything that LSU does or might do is terrible, stupid, won't work, and is just another part of the decline.

Glad I cleared that up.

Greg Robinson looked like an average tackle when coached by Jeff Grimes.

JB Grimes, the current OL coach at Auburn, turned him into a top 10 pick.

Very excited our guys will learn to chop block and end careers from a professional!

You're thinking of Nall and he has essentially been blacklisted from coaching football.

Robinson didn't make a single pre-season All-SEC team by Phil Steele (4 teams) or the Coaches (3 teams) this past year.

Now he is fist team all-SEC tackle in the AP (3rd team tackle in the country) and considered a top 10 pick by some.

Which coach do you think was responsible for his meteoric rise this year?

Maybe it just clicked...it happens. Also because Auburn had a great season, it helps as far as getting noticed. Those same preseason polls you speak of didn't include Auburn in anything. Look he may be a great coach, but to say it was all him is a little ridiculous imo.

Also, are JB and Jeff Grimes related?

Yep, just got this text from my dad, who is a VT season ticket holder

Insiders at VT indicating Grimes will go to LSU. He is a hired gun who will jump around

To be fair, most assistants that are not the OC/DC or recruiting coordinator tend to jump around.
