And can you give even the smallest amount? I've been researching for the last 12 hours. Thanks.

I'm not sure anyone on this board knows what you're talking about. Can you elaborate, please?

yes, you can send a dollar's worth if you want to. It may look something like .0013472, but it would still be the equivalent to a dollar(depending on the exchange rate). You can buy and sell in increments of BTC.

I use coinbase, but I only sell BTC. They've been very reliable in my experience.

How can you not? They are the greatest thing in money since the metal coin. Just tell your employer you want to be paid in Bitcoins. That should do the trick since they are universally accepted and have so many advantages over all other forms of currency.

Seriously, if you spent 12 hours learning about Bitcoins, and you haven't figured out how to get them, it is safe to conclude you aren't looking for them to use as a medium of exchange. Thus, you are looking at them for speculation purposes. Do you really think it is wise to put your money into something that you can't understand after 12 hours of research? If you haven't figured out how to get them how do you figure on getting rid of them?

Poodle, I'm not sure man...you kinda seem a little mad. Perhaps testy, even. I don't know though.

How can I help brighten your day?

Honestly, do you disagree with anything he said though? He is spot on IMO in regards to answering the OP.

My intent was to get you to analyze why you want to acquire Bitcoins, and if acquiring for that purpose is wise. I do not know enough about your financial circumstances to give you specific advice to avoid Bitcoins. If you have money you can afford to lose and are willing to risk losing it, then Bitcoins may be a good place for you to speculate. I just want you to become reasonably informed before making such a decision.

I'm sorry I answered in a smart arse manner. It's sometimes tough to remember just which board you are responding on.

I can point you to an Iraqi Dinar source but I'm green on Bitcoins.
