Let us know how you like it once you get it. It "sounds" like a great idea but I just don't know how the veggie noodles would hold up to cooking & the sauce. Hope it works, let us know.

I have a julienne blade on my cheapo Japanese mandoline that does the same thing. Uncooked julienne zucchini noodles are pretty tasty, doused w/thai peanut sauce.
