Looks like Davon wants to play ball together with Kenny Young.
So, this looks more like an LSU/UCLA battle, considering Kenny would also like to play with the other JCC duo, Dupre and McGraw. I don't think FSU is in this mix.

Those types of packages never work out. Kids always say they wanna play with so and so. Sometimes only one has an offer. Mattrell is going out west, Kenny looks like he wants to get out of the state as I believe he has either added or is looking to add Arkansas to his OVs.

Jesus Christ. I'm soooooo over this recruiting year already. All it's done it make me appreciate kids like Paris, Clapp, Washington, Harris, Voorhies, Brumfield, Battle, Quinn, etc, that much more. All highly recruited kids that didn't play games.

Not sure what to make of this but I don't see how anyone can say Young is going to be tiger. What in his recruitment has shown anyone that? The slow playing has come from his side and he hasn't really shown much interest at all.
I think that tweet is more negative to us than anything. UCLA been ballin' and doing work in Louisiana this year in recruiting. Don't ask me how. But really, who hasn't been doing work on our recruiting efforts this year inside the state? Florida, Bama, TAMU and now even UCLA.

Well, if you want to put the tinfoil hat on you could go as far to say all 3 are going to UCLA. I don't think package deals work out very often...but looking at other things might give you a hint. LSU is recruiting a few bigger WRs in the mold of Dupre which means they're likely not confident in him. Godchaux tweets this and is basically looking around outside LSU. Young hasn't shown any interest in LSU aside from a couple visits that probably don't mean much based on how this recruiting class is going.

If we keep them then LSU really doesn't need to land a full class. Just get a couple guys like Dupre, Valentine and possibly someone like Adoree. That would be a huge win in my eyes and if we could keep all our current commitments.
