Billiards question. Why are their separate divisions for men's/womens billiards?

I see no inherent advantage held by either gender which would necessitate sperate comp. same could be said for darts.

Who's scared to play whom?

Women are at an inherent disadvantage in every aspect of life compared to men, other than cooking and cleaning. I see no issues here

I see an advantage in men with darts. They have greater arm and wrist strength

Not talking lawn darts, bar darts do not require superior arm and wrist strength.

Then you haven't played much. Men have huge advantage on the break. After the break, only advantage is reach.

I guess, but the best women players I know can't compete with the best men players I know. Not even close.
