I put Carroll ahead of Harbaugh today. That could change in a few weeks, but he's 2 on my list this morning.

the 2 are very close imo, and harbaugh only gets the nod because what he did with stanford was amazing.

I can see that. This is why I still believe Saban makes the move up one more time before he retires. He sees that Harbaugh and Carroll have excelled at both levels and he didn't.

Harbaugh owns Petey. He had Petey crying about Stanford running up the score on USC. Let me say that again, Stanford was running up the score on USC!

There's a good chance we can see the true rematch next week.

Sorry but Saban doesn't belong on that list.

You can't mix pro and college together. Being a great pro coach trumps a great college coach everytime.

1 Belichick
2 Harbough
3 Carroll

Petey? Sweet middle school troll.

I started a thread a week ago (that no one responded to ) about Carroll, Harbaugh, and Chip Kelly. Pretty amazing that these three guys all coaches against each other in the same conference, then all went pro, then all made the playoffs at the same time.

Has that ever happened before?

too damn inconsistent. chip kelly might be a reach at #5, but he is innovative, and was highly successful at oregon and had a very nice first year in the nfl.

Tom Coughlin has more rings than every other guy on that list except for bill. And he did it with Eli Manning.

Thanks for saying that. John Harbaugh never receives the credit he should. Jim may be as good but he is not better than his brother.
