Sorry if this is kind of a dumb one, but here goes.
I worked as a direct employee for company 1 from May to October. From November 1 to now, I'm still employed by company 1 as a contractor (company 2) and paid through the staffing agency (company 2). Work is still the same (office is still the same).
Do I need to put company 2 at all on there? TIA

Since company 2 is traveling at a speed of 76 mph, and company 1 is traveling at 74 mph, then when the office crosses company 1's path at 3:15pm CST, company 2 will be 4.6 km ahead.

Exact same work.

Edit: don't put both.
I haven't, but I wanted to at least ask (finally taking some time to update it)..

Put the company you work for, not the staffing company.
ETA: 17,000 what what!
ETA: 17,000 what what!

Another question: If I have different titles (but the work is the exact same), do I do:
Company 1
Title 1/Title 2
-description
Company 1
Title 1/Title 2
-description

I'd put whichever sounds the best; doubt anyone calls behind to check on whether you used the right title or even asks in the first place.
