After 20 matches of the 2013-14 season Crystal Palace, West Ham United, and Sunderland find themselves in the relegation zone.

This weekend Cardiff City (17th), who is just outside the relegation zone, hosts West Ham United (19th), while Fulham (16th) hosts Sunderland (20th) and Crystal Palace (#18) goes to White Hart Lane to face Tottenham (6th).

My beloved West Ham United has played like shite as of late, but perhaps the return of Andy Carroll will provide a boost to the Hammers. Or perhaps Big Fat Sam (BFS) will decide to play top scorer Ravel Morrison, but that seems unlikely due to rumors that he wants to leave Upton Park for Craven Cottage. Regardless the Hammers need 3 points this weekend against Cardiff City if they have hopes of staying in the EPL.

Who do the esteemed analysts of TigerDroppings see going down to the Championship this year?

Sunderland with a nice win on the road.

I think they play better this second half of the season.

There are now 6 points difference between 20th and 10th - going to be some movement and I think there may end up being a surprise team relegated (West Ham, Norwhich or West Brom?)

I think Sunderland will make it but barely. I think they will need a little bit of help and will need to boost the goal difference. My picks to go down would be Fulham, West Ham, and Crystal Palace. I kinda want to put Cardiff in that list seeing how crazy their owner is.
