16 team, 12 keeper league with 100.00 buy in. The roster isn't awesome but the right owner can do some things with it.

That's not nearly as bad of a team as some recent owners have turned around.
The picks are in the matrix in the TDBL thread I believe. Missing a 1st and 3rd that I know offhand.

I would consider it slightly above average, with a legit shot of playoff contention. People need to remember how thin a 16 team, 12 keeper league is.
