In my lifetime of being around paint and body work, I've seen some pretty crazy shite.

I've seen a horse bite a hood, I've seen a goat eat a side mirror but I've never seen a dog use a car for a chew toy.

That's double paneled at the wheel well and very strong.

I saw a pit bull bite a car tire once and make it go flat. He broke a tooth off in it.

My mastiff chewed through a steel door.

Then he chewed a bowling ball.

He also chewed 10+ foot tall trees down.

This is child's play.

My dog chewed all of the plastic badges off of my dad's 280zx back in the day.

Growing up we had a black-mouth cur that popped two tires when people came to visit.

Should have purchased a chew toy for that pooch. Would have been lots cheaper.

Had a friend who had a ST Bernard. They bought him chew biscuits and he swallowed them whole. They stopped up his GI track and he had to have surgery to get them out. Almost killed him before they took him to the vet and x-rays confirmed he had about ten rawhide biscuits in his stomach.

At least your pooch didn't bite off a big chunk of car fender to stop up his PootChute.

Guess this is what happens when a dog finally catches a car.

That's pretty much what happened here. We were in my buddy's car one afternoon taking another guy home after football practice. We'd dropped him off and were backing up to turn around. About that time this pit they owned broke free of it's chain and tore into the rear passenger's tire. Within seconds we hear this loud hissing sound as his tire quickly went flat. Was one of the craziest things I've even seen.

Amazing what a dog can chew. I had a rottweiler growing up that ate 2 real bowling pins. Went on with life like nothing happened. Still wonder how he didn't end up with an arse full of splinters.

Screw that! No money to be made in replacing parts on that repair. Now if the dog had chewed up the fender and bumper, yeah, replace. For 10 more hours of labor, I'm not cutting up a customer''a car.
