What time do you wake up and go to bed?

Wake up- M-F 6am
Bed-M-F 10:30
Weekends depending on when kids get up I sleep till 7am and go to bed usually around 11

And get woken up about 3 times a night by my 5 month old.

I'm always tired.
I usually try to be in bed for like 10:30 or so, but my sleep schedule is sort of fricked these days. I'll lay in bed for a while and end up not falling asleep until around 12:30 or 1. So when I have to get up around 5:45 or so, it blows.
