Good hire, more importantly they resigned Nolan as DC. If Nolan hangs around a few years, the Falcons defense will be a force.

Who has been a shitty position coach or coordinator who has been promoted to a HC job?
You might not be a good HC but you don't get that job unless you're one of the best position coaches or coordinators

Not sure if you're being serious or not, so I'll just say Chicago's O-Line finally got good this year and that obviously didn't have much to do with him.
