I hope everyone got a good bulk on this fall and winter, but with spring time and warm weather approaching, it's time to scrap mass gain and get to getting back ripped for the ladies post your workout routines here.

The trick is to completely stop training one half of your body. You want to keep the bulk on one side and have a trimmed and toned other half. Nothing but one-armed pushups and pullups from now on. Bicep curls and french press with only one arm. One-armed lat pulldowns and one-legged leg presses. You basically want to try and achieve the ultimate "double-threat" look. Chicks really dig that shite.

the only mass I gained this fall was in my gut. time to add mass and cut the fat. I need to lose 10-12 pounds and HTFU…I'll look like a greek God if I do that cause of great genetics, but ole man time is catching up with me.

well this month im going to crossfit because im helping my neighbor get his new cf gym going. but starting in febuary i will be using greyskulls lci method. essentially you use squat on monday, deadlift on tuesday, bodyweight day on wednesday, bench on thursday, press on friday and do some kind of outdoor exercise on saturday.
each day after your main lift you rest 3 minutes, then do a circuit consisting of compound/olympic lifts, usually 2-3 lifts for 3-5 sets each, with no rest between. then you rest 3 minutes and do a high intensity interval session either running or burpees or kb swings etc. the system works awesome.

as far as diet goes, i have a custom diet im doing right now but starting in febuary i will start using if it fits your macros (iifym).
