I filled out a form for buy extra playoff tickets if they were to become available, on top of my usual season tickets.

Anyway, they will charge you for these regardless, so check your bank statements if you are not aware. I was charged $2600 from the Saints for tickets A)i never owned as season tickets & B) for games that never materialized.

In order to get your refund(KEEP IN MIND THEY DO NOT CALL YOU) you have to fill out a refund form. Such horseshite, but whatever. They should just refund you the money without asking, or never charge it in the first place.

I ask the girl what are my other options, and she says i can forward it to next year. My season tickets aren't but $250 a piece, and are already half paid for by my playoff tickets. So that made no sense.

Of course extra playoff tickets are available for a game(s) that never actually takes place! I wonder if they did this to anyone who requested these "extras"? They could have sold 150000 tickets to these fantasy games!

I wasn't aware I was even rewarded extra tickets. No call or email or anything. Now I did request 6 or so tickets, but nothing is guaranteed.

Thank god I had put a little extra money in my bank account for Xmas or I would have over drafted too.

Yes you can. You have the option to let the credit roll over for 2014 tickets or you can request a refund.

Looks like it. I mainly have beef that they were gonna keep the money to tickets that weren't even my own season tickets. I had just requested extras. Im about to open and see which ones they even gave me

That's such shitty business practice, but they really do have us by the balls.

This is how they've done it for decades. They just apply the amount you paid to your season tickets.

You can't put Down a credit card for that type of expense in future?

This is crap. I hate having to pay this during Christmas, only to save on a bill due on June.

Should just automatically refund your account when the games are deemed impossible to host.

Yea you can use a credit card. I just have a card on file that happens to be my debit card. I didn't really think about it

Yeah i have like 3k in my account and my tickets cost 1800. Im just gonna request a full refund and pay for the tickets next year when they come available. not really a big deal. If I didnt have so much more in the account id just let it ride.

Yea but I don't get to pick which tickets. You fill out a form and pick your "preferred" sections. You aren't guaranteed to even get the tickets and I had no clue I was rewarded any.

I won't own these tickets next year. They were strictly for playoff games,
