It's obvious we'll be a run first team.. We lose key players on both sides, but obtain great ones in the process. I think we make the playoffs with Fournette (and hopefully hill) leading the tigers. Thoughts?

Two losses from who? Auburn is who I'm looking at as "iffy"

Yay. We'll be Nebraska 1995.

I am not convinced that Harris, who can absolutely sling the ball, will not be under center.

Time to be realistic, it's early before the season, the BCS is dead and the playoffs begin...

We're gonna Geaux 15-0!!!!!!

We're fanatics...

If hill and Collins come back it's realistic to think we could get to Atlanta. Auburn made it with a former defensive back first year starting qb and no passing game. Alabama is losing there qb that started over 40 games. Texas a& m losing there offense with Johnny football.

realistic expectations?

I expect the defense to improve, but the offense to take several steps back. Whether is be Jennings, Rettig, or Harris, it will be a new QB with little experience. We will rely heavily on the running game, and while it should dominant, it will not bode well if we get behind in games and are forced to throw the ball.

I'll predict 10-3, I believe would be absolutely a great season with a new QB.

Get by Wisconsin ... and, the schedule is what it is ... not the greatest, but not the worst either. Manageable, if they are good.

Leaving out a possible SEC CG and bowl/playoff ...

I would say no worse than 9-3, but I hope for 11-1 or 10-2.

im certainly no great prognosticator, but the other morning following the win at the oUTback Bowl, Jordy Hultberg had someone on the show that stated that we were probably looking at another 9-3 season with being back in the National Championship Hunt the following year 2015. IMO, 2 to 3 very tough games in Wisky, Auburn and eventhough Bama loses McCarron and others you know they will pull a QB out their butts that will play lights out, they always do and I hate to say it but as long as Bro Wallace is at Ole MIss they will give us fits. I also expect better games out of MSU and Florida with Arky always a tough win. Just look at this year. Hopefully we can win one that we are not supposed to and not lose one that we are supposed to win and finishe in the vicinity of 10-2 and prepare for the National run in 1015 like the expert said.

Auburn was a 7-5 team this year who lucked into an 11-1 regular season record. We should handle them easily.

I expect Ole Piss and Bama to give us hell.

10-2

Our inexperience at QB is directly related to coaching. There were several chances to let AJ or anyone at backup QB have some playing time late in games, but it never happened.

Ole miss will be solid. Bama will be in a down year, and I think we beat them at home next year. Fresh meat at QB and that environment, that makes me confident enough if we can stop the run that we will beat Bama. Henry will give the nation fits next year. We are going to need our MLB whoever he is to step the frick up. If our defense steps up 11-1 to 12-0 is within our grasps. Just like it was this year. The defense HAS to find a heart and a leader though. We missed that this year. They need their swagger back.

Why is Alabama "down"
If we go by that, wouldn't LSU be "down" as well considering who they've already lost and who may be going?

I think him playing so much against Arkansas at home late in the game and starting against Iowa in a bowl is more experience than most true freshman backup QBs ever get.

You're trying too hard.

I agree with this shite right here. He'll be on campus this week or next. If that kid takes to Cam's coaching at all I think he'll be the starter in Houston.
