Mandeville to Islamorada Fl. (929 miles)

Only stopped for gas and started the drive at 5:00 at night, like a moron. Made for a great/terrible first day.

Also drove with the family from NOLA to Boston when we moved when I was younger. Although I didn't drive and we stopped at a hotel at night.

Jackson Hole to Shreveport when I was 15 with a Learner's Permit. My dad slept nearly the entire ride.

In college 3 of us drove from NYC to Shreveport in one sitting - except for a 1 hour nap in Tennessee.

I guess this is a good question

My family use to take 3 - 4 week long road trips every summer, thus we have driven all over the place

I guess the longest I have driven in one day is from Ruston, LA to Red River, NM, which was 18 hours non stop

About 1250 miles. From Philly to New Orleans. About 16 1/2 hours. Lots of red bull and DD Munchkins.
