Interim head coach Larry Johnson is the best fit for right now and I'm not sure why he's not being considered. He bleeds blue and white.

LJ was connected to the Paterno/Sandusky staff.

They need to get an outsider in there.

I think they're going to go with a penn st guy they feel will be there for the long haul.

No offense, but who in the hell does MSU think they are going to get this late in the game that's going to elevate their program higher than where Mullen has it? The Texas coaching search should be a big eye-opener to fans. No matter how great you think your school's job is, successful coaches aren't falling all over themselves to take a "better" job.

I'm honestly surprised MSU fans want to get rid of Mullen. He has a 9 win and 8 win season which is really the best the bulldogs can hope for.

There has never been any accusation at all surface that he had any idea what was going on. I'd obviously agree with you if that was the case. The people that knew are no longer working there, in jail, or dead. As far I know, he's supposed to be a stand up guy.

I agree, I just said he was on the staff and even coached under Sundusky. They fired Tom Bradley who also had no connections to the transgressions.
