iPhone help: stuck on apple logo?

tried to new jailbreak with ios 7 and after finishing it rebooted the device. has been stuck there ever since, HELP!

Hard restart. Hold down power button and home button at the same time for a good 15 or so seconds

Then do it again, however put it in df mode then reinstall software.
Make sure you do the update via your computer and not directly from the phone

This happened to my phone after I did the jailbreak to my phone for ios6. Took it to the apple store and they reset it. Play dumb if need be "whats a jailbreak".
I was actually thinking about jailbreaking again but this has scared me off.

Put it in dfu mode. It isn't screwed for good. Back in the day when jail breaking first started I had phones that would sit on the logo for hours and then decide to reset just find.

How about trying holding home button and power buttons at the same time. When the Apple boot logo
appears,and then release power button but continue holding the home button? And see if your iPhone works normally.
If the solution cannot fix iPhone stuck on apple logo,I think you may go to the nearest Apple consumer service.
