Is this a good AR15 build?

Picked it up in a trade, don't know much about ATI, Vltor, or VTR.

VLTOR is great stuff.
Ati not so much IMO, but my only experience with them was a polymer lower

I'd have kept the Norinco. I love my Yugo, but they are as common as ants.

Really? I'm a member of a local gun trader forum here and you can't hardly give them away. It's hard to get $300 for a stock configuration. Some of the jazzed up tactical Norincos go for $350. Guess I should buy a few and hold on to them.

ATI is garbage. If the one you have works then you're probably fine. However, I would not purchase one unseen and un-tested because you never know what you're going to get with ATI.
