Every year LSU gets a crowd when the casual fan decides to check out the team. And like clock work every year when a single win that day would bring people back mm LSU will lose that game.

A win today and I think Tuesday would have been nuts. Now its going to be the same idiots who keep spendin money and going. And god attendance will be scary bad with a loss Tuesday

Baseball actual attendance was terrible during down years. Baseball has built up equity for the bandwagon though so that helps the as well

im fricking with you. Team played terrible and i think a lot of it has to do with the time off between games. Oh and JOB sitting out the first 12 minutes of the 2nd half.

Compared to what people are use to here. Plenty weekend series were lots of empty areas.

You can't actually argue that it was great like when the wagon is full

Nah, but this is why I love LSU basketball

Like 15 minutes later and I'm pretty much totally over the loss

Since you hate LSU fans so much, maybe you should find other ways to spend your free time.

My thoughts exactly! Interest was building, but it's 1 step forward 3 steps back again. UT was looking like it was going to be a good crowd. But with this loss and the 6:00 start I don't see the actual attendance being over 6,500, which absolutely sucks for a game so critical for LSU's season

Baseball actual attendance is dwindling downward since 2010 .. Good point about today, Mikey .. I totally agree .. LSU shits the bed every time the program can turn a corner with fans ..

Okay. Just wanted clarification. Wasn't trying to start a debate.

There were less fans in the down years. Is that not expected to some degree? But even in our down years, baseball still drew large crowds who could make plenty of noise and impact games.

The frick it isn't, IMO .. The Box is virtually empty for a lot of mid week games .. There are Many SEC series now where you have maybe 5K in the stands for the Saturday and Sunday games ... It's getting slowly, progressively worse .. I probably go to 90% of the games each season .. It's a personal observation .. Alex Box isn't the same as it was in our heyday ... Sure, we lead the nation in attendance, but 85% of the nation doesn't give a shite about college baseball either ..

I am talking ACTUAL attendance, not paid ..
