Are no haggle dealerships REALLY non negotiable?

I'd assume that I could get them down a few hundred to a thousand or so, but I've done a good bit of research and the prices are already pretty fair and there are no dealer fees(advertised).
Anyone have any success with these types of dealerships. For a lightly used (15-17k miles) explorer limited.
TIA

Why would you go to a 'no haggle' dealership if you want to haggle? If you want to haggle, take the no haggle price to the regular dealership and ask them to beat it.

No comparable models in the area. Not a 2014, it's a 2013

Carmax is really the only no haggle dealership I know of in the area

We've got a bunch in Palm Beach County. Probably due to wealthy, older population who just more concerned with convenience than a thousand bucks or two.

Give it a shot and see how it works. Get their hopes up and make them hungry for the sale, then after they spend a good bit of time with you, say the price is too much and you are going to turn it down.
I bought a vehicle from carmax and couldn't haggle. But id guess some vehicles could be haggled on, namely ones that have been in the lot a while. I imagine they lower the price if it doesn't sell, so I don't see why they wouldn't do it early. But don't expect a big discount.

Does not work with CarMax. At all.

Hey coach, y'all have any 10-12 used VWs on your lot?

They constantly relocate their inventory, you can request for them bring a car from another lot within 150 miles or so for free, if it is further away the fee is still pretty reasonable.
