How are our chances of landing Nacho or Valentine tomorrow?

I'm not a member of those illustrious pay sites...not that they've been accurate.

Valentine is a lot higher than Nacho but apparently the coaches told Nacho the other night they would recruit him as a wide receiver which could make him a tiger. He was previously recruited as a tight end.

I think Speedy to A&M might have increased our chances with Nacho quite dramatically.

Chances at landing them Tomorrow? Valentine- 0% he will wait till his visit coming up to make a decision and that depends on his academic issues if he doesnt get those straight he's going to a JUCO.
Nacho-30% I don't think our coaches have been focused on him till now

Nacho is A&M's to lose. I'd feel better about Valentine...but not tomorrow.

FWIW, A&M sites are pretty confident about Nacho and another WR Davion Hall both committing this weekend.
But we all know how that goes.

I think its more like 5%
The Tigers hosted him then followed it up with a in home, he didn't bring his family to campus. When they didn't take the lead after the visit they shifted focus, but they did recruit him earlier in the process.

Valentine has the grades to get into LSU and some other schools already, he is just one foreign language credit off to get in Miami.

We have told him that he's Mike Evans replacement
RSJ plays inside. We don't have a 6'5" receiver to fill Evans spot. We have Ed Pope at 6'3 (the Alabama catch) and Kyrion Parker (former LSU commit) at 6'2" for outside receiver. But no 6'5"+ like we want

But can he push off like evans
Posted on 1/3/14 at 9:16 pm to nevilletiger79
Are we going to talk recruiting on this board or make it another board to flame each other?

Come on neville, that's not fair. Nobody can push off like Evans.

It's actually a legit question. From what I have seen, he can't. But there's plenty of time to learn. WRs that big that can get away with it have a serious advantage.
