$500-$700 to have leg set.
$300-$400 to have leg amputated.
$150-$200 to have dog put to sleep.

1yr old Catahoula Cur. Is most happy when she is running full speed. Dog loves to run.

We had a smaller dog that had leg amputated that did well, but it was a smaller dog.

What are your thoughts?

If you love the dog, pay the money. It's not THAT much.

Don't own a dog if you are even thinking about putting a 1 yr old dog to sleep over a couple hundred dollars.

If you have a dog you should be able to afford this for a 1 yr old dog that has a broken leg.

Option 3 is free at most vets.

Do you have the seven bills? If so, this is what I'd do.

This qualifies as an emergency fund expense. That's what it's there for.
