Since when do you add together 2 personal foul penalties?

Perhaps because it's dead ball?

Baylor had 3 dead ball fouls called on one play against OU this season (we thuggin). 38 yards in penalty on one play, should have been 45 yards but they got within the 20 so it was half the distance.

They werent personal fouls which would be live ball fouls ... They were dead ball unsportsmanlike fouls

UGA had two personal fouls added together after the infamous UGA/Florida "team celebrating in the end zone" play in 2007.

Chalmette had 5 in a playoff game at Baker when I was in school... 4th and 80
