For those of you who were at the Outback- what was the crowd like?

From what I saw on tv it was certainly not filled with Iowa fans, just wondering what the ratio was of LSU/Iowa fans were. In fact the stadium wasn't even close to being filled. I was surprised that it didn't seem more dominated by Hawkeye fans. Apparently they didn't gobble up all the unused tickets.

About 3-1 Iowa fans. We had more than I thought we would though.

LSU fans knew they could get better seats through other channels that's why LSU didn't sell their allotment and LSU will continue to have trouble selling bowl tickets unless it's a playoff game or one of the bigger bowls.

The big 10 matchups are no better than a top SEC game now so fans are not going to shell out a ton of money on these types of matchups.

We were easily outnumbered by Iowa 65-35 and it indeed was probably our worst bowl turnout since 2000, but LSU had at least 10k in the stands. It wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting.

I wasn't embarassed like I thought I would be...we had a good turnout considering I was expecting 6-8k.

Rain killed the walk up Tampa crowd IMO..,Iowa had about 15k or so to our 10k

interesting, i'd say back in 2005 five It was close to being even with Iowa having a slight edge.....but wayyyy bigger crowds though....Iowa probably had 30K to LSU's 25K
